Happy Campers: Our Family Has Grown!!

Hey everybody! Sorry its been such a long time. Things have been pretty busy around here. :) Cuz, you know we had a baby on April, 11, 1012. And let me just tell you, she is the CUTEST little miracle! And we are so blessed to have her. Here are some pics.

Okay, this is a really cute story. So the day after Emma was born, I was having a really hard day, and I was in tears, so I decided to call my parents at the hospital, and before I hung up, me and Katelyn decided to talk to Emma. So my parents held the phone to her ear, while they were burping her. She was almost asleep, and her eyes were nearly closed, but this was how she reacted when she heard our voices:

I really think she recognized our voices as her sisters. I really do. It was so sweet! I love her so much!

So, the hospital had a rule that you had to be 14 or older to see the baby and somehow we got Katelyn in, but Sadie sadly had no chance of passing as 14, so she didn’t get to meet her until two days later, which was the day she came home.

It kinda made me feel guilty cuz I didn’t make them anything. :)

So about a week ago, we took Emma camping for the first time! And surprisingly she did really well.

Now, I will post about what been going on with the rest of us.

So on May, 13, 2012 I turned 14! Oh ya! And for my present I got a bunch of cash in a bag! Haha I didn’t want my parents picking out my clothes, cuz, you know, they’re old, and don’t necessarily know what’s in. But I love them anyway. :) So here are my b-day pics.

Then, on June, 1, 2012, Katelyn graduated from elementary school! They did a program and the girls sang What Makes You Beautiful by One Direction and the guys sang The Eye Of The Tiger.

Ok, so funny story. My parents decided it would be funny if we saved up all of our newspapers for a couple months, than went and put them all on my aunt and uncle(Andrew and Jessica) ‘s driveway and here was the turnout! :)

Here is what my sister did for valentines day for my parents.

She played romantic music, put out conversation hearts and candies, put streamers around the room, and cleaned it. Again, she made me feel guilty.

Ok, so the other day, my dad walked in the hallway, wearing my mom’s night gown, Sadie’s underwear on his head, and my sunglasses, but I sadly couldn’t post a picture of that, but I could post a picture of what Sadie did after she saw that. It was pretty funny. It shows how much parents really do influence their children :) haha. (notice that it is not a hat that she is wearing on her head, but a pair of underpants.)
